Welcome to jos123. These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "User", "Member", or "you") and jos123 (the "Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing, registering an account on, or using the jos123 website, mobile interface, or any related services (collectively, the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform and refrain from creating an account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendments to this Agreement constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

1. Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

• "Account" means the personal account created by a User to access the Platform's services, place bets, and manage funds.
• "Bet" means any wager placed by a User on a sporting event, casino game, or other gambling product offered on the Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or other incentive offered by jos123, subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures, including identity document submission and address verification.
• "IDR" means Indonesian Rupiah, the official currency in which all jos123 accounts are denominated.
• "WIB" means Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the default time zone for all Platform operations and customer service hours.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Residency Requirements

You must meet all of the following criteria to register and use the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are a legal resident of Indonesia and physically located within Indonesian territory when accessing the Platform.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Indonesian law.
• You are not prohibited from gambling under any applicable law, regulation, or self-exclusion arrangement.

jos123 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

2.2 Account Creation and Accuracy

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name as it appears on your national identity card (KTP), date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You must update this information promptly if any details change.

Each individual may hold only one account with jos123. Creating multiple accounts (also known as "duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited. jos123 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void all bets placed from such accounts, and confiscate any funds or winnings.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials (username and password). You must not share your password with any third party. All activity conducted under your account will be deemed to have been authorised by you, and you will be liable for all bets placed and transactions made.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must immediately notify jos123 customer support via live chat or email. jos123 will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised account access, unless such access was caused by a breach of security on our part.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Methods

jos123 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods: bank transfers to BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri; and e-wallet transfers via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, although transaction limits may apply based on your payment provider's policies.

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. jos123 reserves the right to reverse any deposit made from a payment method that does not match the name on your jos123 account, and to suspend your account pending KYC verification.

3.2 Withdrawal Procedures

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, wherever technically feasible. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Withdrawals are typically processed within 5 minutes during standard Indonesian banking hours (06:00–22:00 WIB), subject to successful completion of KYC verification.

jos123 reserves the right to request additional identity documentation before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals exceeding Rp 10.000.000. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or rejected if we detect suspicious activity, bonus abuse, or potential money laundering.

3.3 Fees and Processing Times

jos123 does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees or currency conversion charges, which are beyond our control. Processing times may be extended during Indonesian public holidays, including Idul Fitri, Nyepi, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August).

4. Betting Rules and Limits

4.1 General Betting Terms

All bets placed on the Platform are final and cannot be cancelled, amended, or voided once confirmed, except in cases of obvious technical error or where explicitly permitted by the specific game or market rules. You are responsible for ensuring that all bet details (stake amount, selection, odds) are correct before confirming your wager.

jos123 reserves the right to void bets or refuse wagers in cases of suspected fraud, collusion, arbitrage betting, or exploitation of technical errors. Maximum bet limits and maximum payout limits apply to all markets and may vary by sport, league, and account tier. These limits are displayed on the bet slip before you confirm your wager.

4.2 Sportsbook Specific Rules

For sports betting markets (including bandar bola football markets, BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Champions League, and other competitions):

• All bets are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA, UEFA, AFC, PSSI).
• If a match is postponed or abandoned, settlement rules will follow industry-standard conventions, which vary by sport and market type. Detailed rules are available in the Sportsbook Help section.
• In-play (live) betting odds are updated in real time. jos123 is not responsible for delays in odds updates caused by internet latency or data feed interruptions.
• Asian Handicap, Over/Under, and other exotic markets are settled according to the specific rules published for each market type.

4.3 Casino and Slot Game Rules

For casino games (including live dealer tables, slot gacor high-RTP slots, blackjack, roulette, baccarat, and togel lottery games):

• All games are supplied by certified third-party providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, Ezugi, and others). Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) or live dealers and are final.
• Return to Player (RTP) percentages are published for each game and are independently audited by accredited testing laboratories.
• jos123 is not responsible for game malfunctions, disconnections, or technical issues that occur on the provider's platform. In such cases, the provider's published game rules and malfunction policies will apply.
• If a game round is interrupted due to a disconnection, the round will be completed automatically based on your last confirmed action, and the result will be recorded in your account history.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Acceptance

jos123 periodically offers bonuses and promotions, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal campaigns (e.g., Idul Fitri bonuses, Indonesian Independence Day specials). All bonuses are optional and subject to specific terms and conditions, which are published on the Promotions page at the time the bonus is claimed.

By claiming a bonus, you agree to comply with all associated wagering requirements, game restrictions, time limits, and maximum bet limits. Bonus funds are generally subject to a wagering requirement (expressed as a multiplier, e.g., 10x, 20x, 30x) before they can be withdrawn as cash.

5.2 Wagering Contributions

Different game types contribute differently toward bonus wagering requirements:

• Slots: typically contribute 100% of each bet toward wagering.
• Live Casino Games (e.g., blackjack, baccarat, roulette): may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10%–50%) or be excluded entirely, depending on the specific bonus terms.
• Sportsbook Bets: must meet minimum odds requirements (e.g., odds of 1.50 or higher) to count toward wagering.

The specific wagering contribution rates and excluded games are clearly stated in the terms of each promotion. It is your responsibility to read and understand these terms before claiming any bonus.

5.3 Bonus Abuse and Forfeiture

jos123 strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times; colluding with other players to meet wagering requirements; placing opposing bets (e.g., betting red and black simultaneously on roulette); using automated software or bots to place bets; and any other conduct that exploits the bonus system in bad faith.

If jos123 determines that you have engaged in bonus abuse, we reserve the right to void all bonuses and associated winnings, suspend or close your account, and take any other action deemed necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform.

6. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

6.1 21+ Age Policy

jos123 is committed to preventing underage gambling. All users must be at least 21 years of age, and we enforce this requirement through mandatory KYC verification. If we discover that an account has been registered by a person under 21, the account will be immediately closed, all bets will be voided, and any deposited funds will be returned (winnings will be forfeited).

6.2 Responsible Gaming Tools

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jos123 Platform:

• Creating multiple accounts or allowing third parties to access your account.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or located outside Indonesia.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or third-party payment methods to fund your account.
• Colluding with other players, sharing information, or engaging in any form of cheating.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting technical errors, bugs, or loopholes in the Platform or games.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, bonus abuse, or other activities that undermine the fairness of the Platform.
• Money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal activity.

Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds and winnings, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the jos123 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and data compilations, is the property of jos123 or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without our express written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

The jos123 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, jos123 disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

jos123 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You use the Platform at your own risk.

9.2 Exclusion of Consequential Damages

To the fullest extent permitted by Indonesian law, jos123 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if jos123 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall jos123's total liability to you exceed the amount of funds deposited into your account during the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

10.1 Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jos123 is licensed to operate. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

10.3 Internal Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute with jos123, you must first contact our customer support team via live chat or email ([email protected]) and attempt to resolve the matter informally. If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, you may escalate the matter to our Compliance Department for formal review.

jos123 will make every reasonable effort to resolve disputes fairly and promptly. However, our decisions on all matters relating to bets, account management, and Platform rules are final and binding.

11. Amendments to Terms

jos123 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time, with or without prior notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this Agreement reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Platform following any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically. If you do not agree with any amendments, you must discontinue use of the Platform and close your account.
